2023 Public sector negotiations

Public Sector Negotiations are underway!

 

The next round of public sector negotiations was officially launched on October 28, when we tabled, as a Common Front, our list of intersectoral demands to government representatives.

This list of demands represents the concrete issues our members experience in the workplace.  The labor shortage, work overloads, impoverishment: these are just some of the issues the government needs to address.

We can no longer tolerate seeing our working conditions deteriorate at an alarming speed.  We, at the CSQ, are here to remind the government of its obligations towards those who, on a day-to-day basis, work in service to the public.

Over the next few months, this page will be your privileged space. This is where you will be informed of everything related to the negotiations, our mobilizations, our communications, and the progress being made at the various tables.  And keep an eye on our social media, where we will continue to be very active.
